Rova is operated by Rova Ltd (in formation), trading as Rova. Our registered address and company number will be updated here upon incorporation. You can contact us at hello@getrova.xyz.

Rova is an AI-powered business automation platform that helps small businesses manage customer communications, bookings, invoicing, and follow-ups automatically. Our AI agents draft messages and take actions on your behalf, subject to your approval settings.

By signing up for Rova, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must be at least 18 years old to use Rova.

• The plan features described on our pricing page at the time of your subscription
• Email support on all plans
• Priority support on Growth plan
• We'll notify you by email of any significant changes to the service or these terms

• Use Rova for legitimate business purposes only
• Not use Rova to send spam, misleading messages, or illegal content
• Comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect (Google, Meta, Stripe etc.)
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Rova platform
• Ensure you have appropriate legal grounds to process your customers' data through Rova

Rova uses AI to draft messages and take actions on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is sent to your customers (unless you have explicitly enabled auto-send). Rova is a tool - final responsibility for all customer communications lies with you.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days
• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time - you retain access until the end of the current billing period
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Failed payments will result in service suspension after a grace period - we'll notify you by email before this happens

Your 14-day free trial gives you full Pro plan access. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial you'll be asked to choose a plan - if you don't, your account will revert to a limited free state (not deleted).

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything from Settings → Account. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted in line with UK GDPR.

Rova is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email of any significant changes. Continued use of Rova after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
